I just received a groupon offer for this device ($149, not bad) so I decided to check out the reviews before actually buying it, And I was really close to making the purchase until I read the "reviews" on Amazon! Wow! If a company doesn't have enough confidence in their product to let real customers leave real reviews and has to resort to bought and canned reviews, then how good can the product be?I almost bought the groupon deal. I'm glad I didn't. I bought mine elsewhere when hosts on TV shopping said a one-year manufacturer warranty would allow me to test it out for proof of the truth about their claims. It did absolutely nothing for my skin or hand pain (a new claim by company host on shopnbc). I contacted company for refund, and they don't refund only exhange broken product within the year warranty. Also, another reviewer noticed the 5-star reviews on amazon for this were faked by the company itself. There are no or few positive reviews by actual customers anywhere this machine is sold. I left one on shopnbc and they removed it. What is worse than losing the money for the machine is losing the time it took to do the regimine and seeing no results for the investment of time and money. I've been very impressed with the anti-aging results I've seen from the FaceFX so far. There is a great reduction in fine lines around the mouth and eyes. Skin texture has improved as well. I am looking forward to seeing more results the longer it's in use. |
